If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results, return the half-used jar in its original packaging, with your receipt, to the place of purchase for a full and complete refund. The guarantee covers jars bought from us or from an authorized reseller.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Return shipping is at your own cost, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item worth more than $75, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm it arrived and to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.

Haven’t received your refund yet? Check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank: it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, email us at [email protected].
